Reservations are based on the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006. In case of cancellation up to 28 days before the start of the journey, we do not charge any cancellation fees; from 28 days to 3 days before arrival, 80% of the travel price will be charged; for cancellations 3-0 days before the start of the journey, no-shows, or early departure, 100% of the travel price will be charged. In the event of cancellation, we will charge a manipulation fee of EUR 30.00.
Check-in information:
Our Edelweiss Country Estate does not have a constantly staffed reception, meaning we make the check-in process very straightforward for you: Park at the parking lot and walk to the large information board – there you will find your name and room number.
